Your deck becomes a sacred companion to your existing offerings. Very few designers offer it at this standard and even fewer carry the entire creation independently from concept to finished product.

Investment and Scope
The offering begins at $25,000 USD for the complete birth of your oracle or tarot deck and is dependent upon your project’s needs. Your final investment includes:
• All custom hand drawn artwork for your cards
• The full guidebook layout and design
• Refinement and proofreading of your writing for each card
• Premium box design and structural layout
• Cohesive visual identity across the entire deck system
• Complete launch strategy for your release
• All social media and email graphics for your launch
• Optional crowdfunding graphics/guidance & support once design is complete
Most designers can only support pieces of this. Card Illustration with one person. Box design elsewhere. Guidebook cover & layout with a third. Marketing assets with a fourth. It becomes messy and exhausting fast. I hold your project as one unified world from the first sketch to the final approved print run.
My background in production, print preparation, and packaging engineering is woven through every stage. I coordinate directly with your printer, prepare every file for flawless output, oversee proofs, maintain color accuracy, and ensure the structural details of your box and cards translate perfectly in manufacturing. Your press checks are handled with technical precision so the deck you imagined is the deck you receive.
Production and Fulfillment (Additional Costs)
This offering does not include printing costs, freight, tariffs, warehousing, or distribution. These final stages typically range between $10k to $15k depending on your location, chosen paper stock, finishes, and print volume. Your deck will be produced with high end manufacturing and printing in Hong Kong, known for exceptional quality and consistency that the larger oracle deck publishers use.
I do not mark up these costs. Many independent creators quietly add margins to production fees but I never do. You pay these vendors directly. I coordinate every conversation, oversee the printer, manage proofing, and track all technical communication so nothing slips through the cracks. You maintain full control over your investment while receiving expert production oversight at every step.
A 33% downpayment is required to begin. The remaining balance is divided into monthly installments tied to milestone completions. Oracle and Tarot Decks take time with most ranging 12-18 months from concept to completion with your deck in your hands.
One reason for my time frame, I do not use AI in any part of this work. All of my art is created by my hands and eyes. Any writing is shaped by a human editor, not ChatGPT. Everything you receive comes from real craft, real intuition, and the kind of skill that cannot be automated.
The Creative Timeline
Oracle and tarot decks move through a true creative lifecycle. Most complete journeys take twelve to eighteen months from the first refinement of your idea to holding the finished deck in your hands.
Phase One
Vision Refinement and Core Concept
We begin by shaping the soul of your deck. Its structure, archetypes, themes, voice, and the energetic language that will guide the entire project. This is where your intellectual property becomes a clear, powerful system.
Phase Two
Illustration and Artwork Creation
Every card is illustrated by hand in either digital collage, digital painting, watercolors, acrylic paints or oil painting, or hand drawing. Obviously the fine art increases your investment. I will guide you through worldbuilding for visual energetic coherency, symbolism, color logic, figure work, sacred geometry, numerology, astrology (Tropical and Vedic/Jyotisha) and the metaphysical architecture of your teachings are translated into visual form. This is the longest and most immersive phase.
Phase Three
Guidebook Writing Support and Design
You supply the core writing for each card. We will work with professional copy editor to refine your words for clarity and resonance while designing a guidebook that carries the same aesthetic and emotional tone as your cards.
Phase Four
Box Design and Deck Packaging
Your box serves as the portal to your deck. We craft the structure, the cover, and the interior layout so the entire experience feels intentional, elevated, and aligned with your brand.
Phase Five
Pre-Press, Printing Preparation, Proofing and Production Coordination
All artwork and assets are prepared for printing. I manage communication with the print house, oversee proofs, fine tune color output, and ensure every detail translates correctly.
Phase Six
Launch Strategy and Marketing Assets
I create the full suite of graphics you need for your launch and map out the strategy that supports preorders, crowdfunding, or a full release. Your deck’s introduction to the world is as refined as the deck itself.
Phase Seven
Freight and Fulfillment
Once printing is complete, the final logistics unfold. Freight timelines, warehousing options, distribution considerations, and the path from factory to your hands.
Additional Support Offerings
I also offer creative direction consulting, tools, and beautifully designed card templates for leaders who want guidance while creating their own deck. These give you structure, aesthetic cohesion, and expert insight without the full custom commission.
I do not guide or support decks that use any AI art or writing. The market is saturated with them and they do not align with my ethics, my craft, my morals as an artist, or the spiritual nature of this work.
